Explained my options very thoroughly and answered any concerns I had. 2. He was knowledgeable and yet fast! (nobody likes being on the phone with insurance companies) 3. He was just pleasant and really lived up to the "LIKE A GOOD NEIGHBOR...DEVIN WAS THERE!" 4.
